(ZA) Condiment update!


We have discovered this stuff...




I originally bought this to make kimchi but we never got around to it and we started using this hot chilli vietnamese dipping sauce as a table sauce and it is brilliant...it goes with anything!!!! well worth a try but use with caution!

  1. The green egg version is amazing too... Try coating a really thin steak in it, wrap it in cheese and bang it on direct for 60 seconds a side

  2. Ooooohhh, that sounds yummy, we'll give that a go! Might be good to brush some on a each side of a burger before putting a slice of cheese on too! Looking up th BGE version now. :-)
