(AW) The Human Centipede Sandwich

This was the beast!


First we prepared the fillings. This was a pulled pork, which we did for about 10 hours on a low and slow.


We pulled it and stored some in steamer bags.


We also did the beef short ribs, and again put some aside in steamer bags..



We then cooked the Centipede rolls from the previous post..


Next we made and cooked the burgers....


And then the assemble...


Sandwiches will never be the same again!
