(AW) Big Green Toaster?

Chilli cheese on toast


Something simple, like cheese on toast can be improved by egging it. So we made a mixture of grated cheddar, chilli, onion, coriander, tomato, lobbed it on the bread and cooked it in the egg. Now it was excellent, but could have been better if when my wife says 'a few minutes at 200', she had stated centigrade! As it was, it takes longer to melt the cheese when cooked at 200f!

Still, very very nice!

In fact, once you've had it this way, you will never be happy with "vanilla" cheese on toast.
