(MN) Twice Smoked Chicken & Beef Jalfrezi

After having Brisket left over from yesterday's bonanza, I decided to do a twice smoked, chicken and beef jalfrezi!

Brined chicken overnight in secret blend

Then smoked it good using hickory and Newmanator dry rub


Ate skin (chefs perks) pulled meat from the bone then cracked on smoking in to a curry with the brisket! Spices from The Spicery!


Served with NO RICE.. It takes up space.... Amazing
