(MN) Lord's Brisket

Dry rubbed in the Newmanator Rub:

4 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons cumin
3 tablespoons chilli powder
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Left for 2 hours in the rub using American mustard as the sticking agent! 

The cook was at 235f and took 6 ours to hit 192f rest 30 mins and see with Websters BBQ sauce!
