(AW) Repeating Curry

Another Balti.


Same as last time as it was sooooooo good. Only this time, we cranked up the temp on the egg to about 600f after the curry was cooked, so the Naans got roasted quicker. Much much better. (Except when she who must be obeyed forgot to add the lemon and garam masala at the end!
